Changing templates for your blog

I keep getting e-mails regarding individuals not being able to change their template. It appears they are not reading my posts on this, so here is another post.

DON'T DO THIS:
Don't try to change the template by going into Blog Template menu. Users do not have access to this.

DO THIS
Go into Control Centre and choose Blog Settings. Scroll down and you will see an option to change your blog template.

Also, please read the User Guide and go to FAQ's. They answer a multitude of questions.

I do not know if you are aware of this, but there is a new blog titled World of Witchcraft-the Best Online Game. I doubt that you want that on your Christian blog site.

Thank you. I try to keep on top of deleting any questionable blogs. If anyone sees one come up, just e-mail me to let me know.

It appears that the date of my postings - old and new - is no longer viewable. The time is listed, but no dates. I went back as far as March of 2006. Those, too, only show the time. I am wondering if this is due to the recent upgrade, or something that I missed in the settings. Any help you could send my way regarding this would be appreaciated. Thanks for all the hard work that you invest in this blog site. I appreciated it!

There are some templates that do not have the date function on them without me editing them. (I know rubric is one of them.) I will try to get them edited by late tonight. I know it makes no sense why they do not have dates.

i am glad to see you are still around. haven't seen anything new posted by you and i have tried two ways to ask you about edits (nothing urgent or important, really) and haven't gotten any kind of response. i was getting worried that something was wrong. thank you again for the forum to share writes and fellowship with other believers. ~L~

That sounds like a LOT of work. I'd be happy to change my template if that would permit the dates to be seen. Hoping you get this PRIOR to spending a lot of time on it.

To add dates to the rubric template is not as hard as it may sound, just 'time challenged'. It needs to be done. If I don't get interrupted I will have it done in 30 minutes from this posting.
