We have been so busy lately we have been way behind on ministry updates. Here is a quick update.

1) We have been working with an individual who has schizophrenia. When they are medication they have a sound mind overall even though they at times listen to voices that either are not real or demonic. However, when they are off their medication they go off the deep end and do many crazy things.

We have been trying to get them back on their medication, but they have refused and got themselves back in the mental hospital. One of the hardest things we had to do was to testify for them to stay in the hospital. We are hoping once they get stable, we can deal with the demonic oppression that is in their life.

2) As a Seattle Police Assistant Chaplain I was called to the hospital to minister to a husband and his family. The wife was a worker at a social services facility and was stabbed viciously several times. It appears it was a random act. We have been ministering beyond the responsibilities of a community chaplain. We are now taking on the role of being a pastor for the family during this rough time.

3)We are ministering once a week at a location where drug dealers and addicts congregate. The PD and social services have a table and volunteers to help individuals to get help. We are helping regarding the spiritual side.

4)Mentoring a young person who has many issues but loves the Lord tremendously.

5)Attending various community meetings in Capitol Hill.

6)The last couple of weeks we have also been ministering in Kent.
