It has been a long time since we have written anything. We have been so busy with ministry and trying to earn and income since we are self-employed that we have not taken time to blog. Hope to get in the habit of doing more blogging even if it is a little at a time. I have always been an all or nothing person.

The very first thing I should blog about is Carmi's diagnosis of breast cancer.

Yes, Carmi has been told she has breast cancer. She has three tumors/cysts in her left breast that are malignant. Plus there is calcification that may be malignant. Because of the location of the tumors and the calcification, they will need to do a mastectomy on August 1 unless God heals her. The good news is that it appears the cancer is no place else and not in her lymph nodes (they will be doing more testing during the surgery).

We are praying for God to heal her completely prior to August 1. He is a God who still heals. One time she was suppose to go to surgery for kidney stones and she passed the stones just prior to surgery. They were in minute pieces and the doctors could not figure it out. I was divinely healed of asthma. Both Carmi and I have seen miracles occur in our church. Carmi has seen divine healings throughout her missionary journeys.

We acknowledge that God is sovereign and can chose to not heal for some reason beyond our understanding. But according to the Word of God, it is God's desire to heal. There are many promises of healing in the Word of God.

Cancer is no harder for God to heal than a sore throat. So we are not intimidated by the word cancer. Cancer must bow to the name of Jesus just like any other sickness or disease. There is nothing that is greater than the name of Jesus.

So, we say, breast cancer be gone in the name of Jesus. Carmi is a daughter of the Most High God, her body is the temple of the Holy Spirit and cancer, you must leave in Jesus Name. We plead the blood of Jesus over Carmi.
