Carmi and I are really doing good in our marriage. We had some very rough times (which God has used to mold and shape us), but we have gotten through them.

We really have fun being together even though because of ministry, we can feel very drained at times.

There are certainly times we would like to be out of ministry because it can be so draining at times. Especially since many of the people we work with have so many issues and most do not have long term success. But we also know that God has used us to help many people. This makes it all worth it.

Financially we are better than we have been, but it is still very tight because I am not able to work as many hours because of ministry responsibilites. This is the one area that is hard for Carmi. She was in much better shape financially before we were married. She has made many sacrifices since being married to me. It is very hard on her at times. All of her friends have married men who were financially secure and they share this with her on a regular basis. Instead, for her, the bills do not always get paid on time. I feel guilty at times, but I cannot leave the call of God and trust that there will be a time when things will not be as tight. In 18 months we will have all our debts paid off.

Both of us have been doing good health wise.
