Preaching tomorrow

A few months ago I preached a sermon titled "A Passion for the Lost". A person heard the sermon at the time and asked me to preach the same sermon at their church this Sunday. Whenever I preach a sermon more than once I ask God to give me new insight, passion, burden.
For the last week the Lord has been making things more clearer than ever to me regarding those who are in addictions and have turned their will over to the addiction. The need for intercession for the lost is critical. We will not do that without a passion and compassion for the lost. Without intercession much of work becomes vain. We only see minor results. I have always known this, but it has become so much clearer in the last week.
This is not the thrust of my message, but what came to me is that I need to interecede for the congregation that they will grab hold of a passion and compassion for the lost or my preaching is in vain.
